Jaguar E-Type revival is finally on the cards. A few weeks ago we brought you spy shots of the new two-person hidden under a body XK. And now, the British company has unveiled the first sketch of how the model will run.
Called Jaguar C-X16 concept, will debut next month in Frankfurt motor show. And there is no doubt that the designers seemed Jaguar sports car classic, inspired by the wings of a great "dock" and an arrow of light are both E-type brands. Brand new design language - the first time on C-X75 concept - even in the narrow tail lights and spoiler flat. A large trapezoidal grille will replace the current XK is stretched oval, too.
The newcomer is being considered from the XK180 and the F-Type concept began in 1998 and 2000, respectively, two failed due to financial constraints. Jaguar has not released details of what will be the power of the C-X16 or the final production model. However, a newly developed series V6 engine is expected. They produce between 275bhp to 375bhp naturally aspirated and reports suggest that R. supercharged diesel could be considered, too.

When the car reaches production, it is expected to be called the XE and the prices are between a Porsche Boxster and 911 - that is, a baseline of about £ 45 000.
