2012 Suzuki Swift Sport
His predecessor was a favorite with Auto Express for agile handling and a strong engine and now is a brand new Suzuki Swift Sport. This is the first official photo of the city slightly contoured, ahead of its world debut at the Frankfurt show in September.
We had a glimpse of what to expect with a show of fluorescence Suzuki Swift Concept S at Geneva Motor Show in March, but the car you see here is the production model ready. And even if the style is not as extroverted as a concept, it is even more muscular than the standard Swift.
Another door, front bumper and lower lateral lines thicker reference to the extra performance. As none of the images or on the back were released at this stage, it is impossible to say how it will look from certain angles, but Suzuki says the car is "design features that enhance the thrill of driving experience ". Expect More from dual exhaust pipes on each side of a diffuser in the rear roof spoiler and most importantly is clearly visible.
Under the hood is a gasoline engine, naturally aspirated 1.6-liter connected to a six-speed manual transmission. Developed exclusively for the Swift Sport, which produces 136bhp - 13bhp more than the car out - and 160 Nm of torque. This suggests a 0-62 mph time of around 8.5 seconds and a top speed of 125 mph. The suspension is stiffened and down, also for better cornering stability, and a "unique rear suspension design" applied.
