The New Camaro Indy was officially unveiled at the opening gala to see Barrett-Jackson auction annual Scottsdale, Arizona. Wearing a paint scheme inspired by the 1969-car Camaro SS pace, the 2011 model white bear exterior paint with two orange stripes running, with characters running single on both sides of the car. Leather seating surfaces orange to complement the look that makes the edges of the headlights inspired by the doors used on the projector model '69.

For those keeping score, it will mark the 22nd time, a Chevrolet has served as an Indy pace car, and the seventh time a Camaro was awarded the job. Perhaps even more coincidence, 2011 marks the anniversary of 100 years in both the Indianapolis 500 and the Chevrolet brand itself.
